This Cuisinart food processor has a powerful motor and it can do a lot of things, such as slicing, dicing, chopping and making puree out of food. If you know how to use a good food processor such as this, you can really save a lot of time. Because of the large opening at the top, you won’t have to spend cutting food up into little pieces first. Instead, you can just poor everything right in there.

Last night, I have used this food processor to blend some onions, peppers and pesto to make a pizza for the whole family. But I’ve also used it to shred ham and cheese to go on a sandwich. The processors comes with a number of bowls, all of which have their use for specific food types. All of them have the SealTight feature, which helps to make the handling safer and more importantly… it prevents a big mess!
You have the option of using the small chopping/mixing blade or the large chopping/mixing blade. Both are made of stainless steel and are guaranteed to stay firmly in place thanks to the BladeLock technology. It also makes pouring a lot easier when you know the blades won’t come off. Use the small blade in the small bowl and the large blade in the medium and large bowl.
The dough blade can be used for keading all types of dough. The dough blade can only be used in the large bowl, but this shouldn’t matter too much. After all, when you’re baking a pie you might as well do it right and use a lot of dough so that you’ll end up with a big one!
Another noteworthy feature about this food processor is its retractable cord. Just pull out the amount of cord you need and you can store it right back in the housing when you’re done. Talk about convenience!
